What is the set up charge for embroidery?

There is no set up charge for orders that exceed the £100.00 mark, excluding VAT and delivery charges.
For orders below the £100.00 mark there is a one off £20.00 charge for logo digitisation.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

For embroidered garments there is no minimum order requirements, however for printing requirements there is a minimum requirements of 10 garments.

What are the delivery costs ?

All order over £150 mark, excluding VAT are delivered free of charge by a courier signed for delivery.
For order less than this amount there is a charge of £6.95 for the next day signed for courier service delivery.

What is the lead time ?

For non personalised items we aim to deliver within 2/3 working days. For all personalised garments to aim to deliver the completed order within 10 working days.

Can I return unsuitable garments back ?

Items can be returned within 14 days for an alternative product, size or for a complete refund within 14 days. The items must be returned in the original packaging and in prefect condition. Personalised items can only be returned if there is a fault with the garments.

Do you provide samples?

Samples can be provided of all garments, the samples are charged in full and can either be used in the required order or a complete refund is given when returned.

What format should the artwork be in?

For the embroidery we accept the artwork in any format including PDF, Jpeg, tiff, letterheads, business cards. For screen printing the required formats would be eps, tiff or ai file. If your artwork is not up to the standard of being printed our printing team will be able to get the artwork up to the required standard.

I want a product that is not on the website?

We are continuously updating our website, so if you want a product that is not currently on our website then make us aware of what that product is and we will send you all the information required.
